[profile] elcazavampiros has updated Anya's Story. Part Seven. I think this may be my favorite chapter yet. A snippet:

After the overhead slide show, Xander and I went back to Giles’ to help with research.  I lay on the couch with a book in my hand, pretending to search for The Gentlemen.  The author of that particular book was a former watcher who went on and on detailing every single thing.  For a moment I thought I’d picked up an Anne Rice novel.

[personal profile] stoney321 and I have bonded on many things, not the smallest being our childhood love of Little House on the Prairie (which, despite what some of my anti-Landon friends might think - totally rocked!) Stoney has written a very lovely slash tale of first love and friendship that defies genre. A Sort of Homecoming Albert/Andy (R). Mock the fandom all you like, I loved this story.

There need to be more vampires on Little House on the Prairie. There were never enough.

Yeah, what was up with that? All the wood that made up the house and barn? The incessantly cheerful sunlight? The wholesomeness of the townfolk's blood? Walnut Grove - not even a Hellmouth.

Hello?!?! Sue?? Are you forgetting Mankato? Den of sin? That's where ALL BAD THINGS happened. Like Albert being sodomized for looking french and weak (those naughty rail workers and their love of French boys), they had a SCHOOL FOR THE BLIND there, they had a SALOON. There's your Hellmouth.
