In my mind? Inara, Zoe & Kaylee are all so wonderful it's almost impossible to choose. But I ultimately cliff Kaylee (don't come at me with heavy stones people), shag Inara, and marry Zoe. (Admittedly? A lot of this comes from the movie. Zoe is fucking amazing in the movie).
