I've been on the lookout for a cornbread salad recipe that *sounds* like the one I like at a local restaurant and have been unable to find it despite my google-fu.
This recipe? Sounds exactly like what that salad tastes and I can't *wait* to make it. If I wanted to make it for Thanksgiving, should I make it today so the flavors can mingle a bit?
