We both agreed that uneasy ambiguity over who is good and who is bad is good, but what made the original work is that it was cheesy. Excellent point. I like that BSG redeemed the original cheesiness of the show, but I think that works for "in space!" shows. I don't know if I can do robo-girl w/o some cheese. And the actress playing Jaime just didn't click for me.
