Thanks for the comments on the "I'm so fucking wasted" through demon angel monument abuse. I wasn't sure if that worked. And ITA on the Spike not getting himself or how to share what he does understand. I just see him being more in the moment, where Angel was so tied to the past.

The Tara & Xander scene was hard to write. I pulled a lot of it from canon ("After Life") but their scene was so short, I kinda had to fill in the blanks.
