Notes: A/B/O, Mpreg. I'm not a huge A/B/O fan, but this fic is interesting. The writer manages to take fanfic tropes (arranged/dynastic marriage/knotting/mpreg) and rob them of their fetishized and "rape is hot!" nature. Jensen and Jared's characters are both admirable, no one is an asshole for the sake of dramatic tension, and while it's not a terribly romantic fic, it is ultimately a loving one.

Notes: Original take on the porn star AU. I love both Jared and Jensen's zen take on sex work. I love the fake marriage, Danneel/Gen and Chris/Chad (don't think I've ever seen that before). I also like that the fic acknowledges how Jensen and Jared fall, and how life changing their first meeting is. The writer has more of a disdain for BDSM than I do -- I merely dislike it as a one-note plot device in fic, they truly seem to believe it's a life ruiner like Lycra pants or Camel straights.

Notes I love prison fic, which flies in the face of my fluff. I'm somewhere between hardcore BDSM and fairy fic. Nothing with fae. Anyway, the only thing wrong with this fic is that it's only 9k words. Such great characterization and ashtraythief had the stones to actually put them in prison rather than have them undercover.
