Fangirls Are Doin' It For Themselves

Several months ago, my darling karabair informed me that she was publishing an essay pondering the depths and heights of our fangirl :::cough, Spike, cough::: obsession in a feminist magazine. This lead to much fangirl giggling - I mean - interspection, and she promised to let me know when the hard copy was out. "Fangirl" will appear in the Fall 2004 issue of So to Speak magazine, and for those of you who would like a sneak peak, she's allowed me to archive the essay on my site.
